Hiking in Colorado’s mountains and valleys are one of the most popular activities people participate in while visiting our communities. Each mountain town offers a variety of trail types and locations to get out and hike upon.
Try a Colorado 14’er. Traverse the state via the Colorado Trail which hosts some of the best hiking in Colorado. Hike up high along the Continental Divide Trail, over a mountain pass, or stay low on our mountain town’s social trails.
Many of Colorado’s trails are single track that winds through forests and along alpine streams which is always a wonderful way to spend the day.
Gravel and Dirt roads often offer easier trails for those looking for a relaxing hike.
