USA Pro Cycle Challenge – Shack Tracker Fever!

I headed into Buena Vista after taking in the start of Stage 1 in Salida. I stopped into Bongo Billy’s for a jolt from their great roasted coffee! The place was packed with folks getting ready to position themselves for tomorrows Stage race (Gunnison to Aspen). Everyone was chatting up the race, the weather and the roads. It was then I noticed a small crowd around a gentleman and realized why, his iPad was running the Shack Tracker and it was keeping everyone up to date on what was happening since the racers sped out of Salida and over Monarch Pass.

How much fun to watch in a random place with a bunch of very enthusiastic strangers! This race, its AMAZING!
