Monumental Beer Works is now Base Camp Beer Works

Base Camp Beer Works, formerly Monumental Beer Works, will celebrate its name change with a party on Saturday, July 23.

Base Camp Beer Works has settled in and become Grand Junction’s aprés destination for local and visiting explorers of Colorado’s Western Slope communities and their backcountry. Launched in 2020, these entrepreneurs have crafted an inclusive community gathering place where outdoor enthusiasts can relax and re-live their stories over a wide range of beer styles on tap (seltzer and kombucha too), alongside their four-legged friends.

An official name changeover party will feature a surprise beer release called I Am Root, eats from Little Pink Truck, and a live performance by Wave 11 from 6:30 to 9:30. To commemorate this event, Base Camp collaborated with Wild Tribute Designs on a new t-shirt for which 4 percent of the proceeds go to support National Parks. Guests who purchase this tee, or any new Base Camp merchandise, will receive a free vintage Monumental Beer Works pint glass while supplies last. This official name change comes with a new brewery website, basecampbeerworks.com, and social media channels with the handle @basecampbeerworks.
