EvoSwing Golf – Posture for Balance Lesson

One of the most important elements of a rhythmic, repeating golf swing is balance.  When our balance point is not properly centered in the golf swing, the transition from back swing to down swing tends to get rushed especially when standing on an uneven lie on the golf course.

The correct centering point for balance in the golf swing is in the middle of the foot half way between the ball of the foot and the heel.  Visualize a triangle, with the upper two points being the base of your big toe and the base of your little toe and the lower point being your heel.  The most stable balance platform occurs when your weight is centered in the middle of the triangle.

Take a look at the video and you will see two critical key lines you need to establish in order to maintain effective balance in your golf swing!
