Wolf Creek Ski Area Opening for 2016-17 Season

Wolf Creek Ski Area was praying for that Thanksgiving storm that would bring an end to the unseasonable warm weather and start the 2016 – 2017 season in the Southern San Juan Mountains.  Prayers were answered with a great high moisture content storm of 16 inches that blanketed the slopes on November 22nd, just in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Wolf Creek Ski Area opens Thursday, November 24th, seven days a week for the 2016-2017 ski season!
