Founded by Marcie “She” Shearon, who moved to Winter Park from Tennessee in the winter of 2014/15, this custom alterations company serves all ages — from singer-songwriter Sierra Ferrell, spotted rocking Marcie’s signature She Fur gloves at WinterWonderGrass in Steamboat, to families needing winter gear fixes, camper upholstery repairs and clothing uplifts with exclusive fur.
Marcie credits “miracles and community effort” for helping her open a storefront this March after years of dedicated work. Now with a couple of employees, She Cares Gear Repair blends expert craftsmanship with small-town heart, keeping Winter Park’s adventurous spirit—and its gear—ready for every season.
