The 41st annual FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, America’s foremost culinary extravaganza, has unveiled its captivating lineup for June 14-16, 2024.

This year’s weekend celebration will spotlight industry visionaries across three days, delivering an array of culinary adventures comprising over 60 seminars, cooking showcases, tastings of fine wines and spirits, engaging panel discussions, exclusive dinners with renowned chefs, and the illustrious Grand Tasting Pavilion boasting 150 purveyors from around the globe.

The FOOD & WINE CLASSIC Aspen has earned its reputation as the ultimate destination for discovering cutting-edge trends, innovative products, and culinary techniques while rubbing elbows with icons of the food world.

The star-studded chef roster for this year includes luminaries such as Fariyal Abdullahi, Maneet Chauhan, David Chang, Karen Damasco, Tyler Florence, Evan Funke, Gregory Gourdet, Stephanie Izard, Gavin Kaysen, Kristen Kish, Danny Meyer, Shota Nakajima, Ayesha Nurdjaja, Marcus Samuelsson, Claudette Zepeda, Andrew Zimmern, Nancy Silverton, and Bravo’s Season 21 Top Chef finalists. Expert-led tastings of wine, beer, and spirits will be curated by the likes of Tiffanie Barriere, Toni Tipton-Martin, Mark Oldman, Wanda Mann, Sabato Sagaria, Gary Obligacion, Anne Becerra, Julia Coney, and Ray Isle, among others.

  • Over 50 diverse seminars on wine, cocktails, and beverages, with a premiere coffee seminar from Serious Eats, “Juke Joints, Jazz Clubs & Juice: Classic & Modern Cocktails” with Toni Tipton-Martin, “Old School vs New School: The Evolution of Quintessential Beer Styles” with Anne Becerra, and a special “Salute to the Sopranos: A 25th Anniversary Wine Tasting” with Anthony Giglio.
  • The 2023 Class of Food & Wine Best New Chefs showcasing their talents in the Grand Tasting Pavilion.
