June 5 – 6, 2026 
Ragnar Trail Snowmass, Aspen/Snowmass 
Ragnar returns for a gritty trifecta of the most scenic trail running loops Mother Nature can serve up in the West Elk Mountain Range. 
Each trail loop begins and ends at Ragnar Village in Snowmass Town Park. Teams of eight run relay style, rotating through three loops, varying from easy to difficult, over a 24-hour period. 
*Please note: this is Ragnar’s final run in Snowmass. If you’ve been itching to compete in this race, this is your last chance!

First Fridays, Salida 
The City of Salida Arts & Culture Creative District Program presents First Fridays! Join us every first Friday of the month in the Salida Creative District as galleries and creative businesses in Salida’s historic downtown stay open later so you can talk with an artist, watch a demo, or find that perfect piece of art. From painting to sculpture, ceramics, photography, plein air, jewelry, fiber art and more, enjoy a festive evening downtown as you drop into one of Salida’s many businesses to see new art, live music, and light refreshments! Participate in the Palette Card program where you can get a stamp at each business you visit. Redeem your completed card at the host gallery for an art mini while supplies last. First Fridays are free to attend and open to the public.

Mountainside Music Festival, Aspen/Snowmass 
NEW Mountainside Music Festival in Snowmass! 
Mountainside Music Festival is a new, free, three-day festival in Snowmass Village. Taking place on the Fanny Hill Stage, host of the Snowmass Free Concert Series on Thursdays, this new festival features three evenings of openers, headliners, vendors, and stunning sunsets, June 11-13.  
Thursday and Friday evening, doors open at 5:30pm, with openers at 6:30pm and headliner at 7:30pm. On Saturday, doors open at 4:00pm and features openers at 4:30pm, 5:00pm, and 6:00pm, with the headliner performing at 7:30pm.

Breck Pride, Breckenridge  
Celebrate Pride in the heart of Breckenridge as we bring queer creativity, expression, and joy to the forefront. This year, Breck Pride—curated by Breck Create—turns the Arts District into a colorful mix of performances, art experiences, and community moments led by LGBTQIA+ artists and creators. It’s a welcoming space to show up as you are, connect with your community, and get inspired by the talent and energy that make queer culture so vibrant. Come enjoy the mountain air, the art, and the people who make Breck Pride what it is.

Pride in the Park, Avon 
Pride in the Park is a day-long celebration that draws visitors from throughout the mountains of Colorado. Saturday’s celebration has a jam-packed schedule of activities designed to keep everyone interested and engaged. Numerous local organizations, businesses, and vendors participate in the celebration. The Drag Show and Parade around Nottingham Lake are the festival’s focal points.

Lake Dillon Beer Festival, Dillon 
It’s what we call the official start to summer here in Dillon with one of our most popular events. Taste beers from over 30 Colorado breweries in one of the most dramatic settings around. Enjoy beer, food and music in an amazingly beautiful setting. The event will be held on the shores of Lake Dillon in Dillon, Colorado at the Lake Dillon Amphitheater and the Marina Park – located on Lodgepole Street at the end of Lake Dillon Drive. 
**Must be 21+ to consume alcohol, no gluten-free options available** 
Children 12 and under are free, youth 13 and older will need a non-drinking ticket for admission. 
We love dogs as much as the next person, but please leave your pets at home for this event.

Snowmass Rodeo, Aspen/Snowmass 
Enjoy the long-standing tradition of the Snowmass Rodeo every Wednesday night, with music, cowboys and cowgirls, horses, livestock, and family fun. 
The main event begins at 7pm but the fun starts when the doors open at 5pm. Head in early for the petting zoo, mechanical bull rides, shopping, and dinner. If your kiddo is up to the challenge of Mutton Bustin’, be sure to sign up at 5:30pm! Rain or shine, the rodeo goes on!

Come for the Summer Block Party Deals, Stay for the Fun! 
Start the season off on the right foot on the Snowmass Mall! From 2:00pm to 6:00pm, peruse the sidewalk sale with live music, kids’ activities, and food and drink specials, the Block Party is the best place to ring in the start of summer. If you’re spending your Saturday riding the Snowmass Bike Park in the morning, head to the Mall for some afternoon shopping and a well-deserved beverage (or two!).

2026 FIBike MTB Trail Race, Salida 
Ready to trade the river for the ridge? The FIBike MTB Trail Race returns to Salida on Sunday, June 21, 2026! As a core part of the FIBArk Festival, this race takes you deep into the iconic Arkansas Hills Trail System. Tackle the legendary Cottonwood loop, conquer 2,500 feet of vertical, and enjoy a high-speed descent back into the heart of the festival!

Oniya Arts and Crafts | Oniya Artes y Oficios, Carbondale 
Campers will read the story of the bison Oniya from the children’s book “Breathe, Bison,” practice mindful breathing, and spend the day immersed in art projects based on the journey of Oniya. Campers will also create a complete bison diorama, which will be displayed in an exhibition on the last day of camp.

After a seven year hiatus, the Salida Wine Festival is back! Spend your day in Salida, the heart of Colorado, and enjoy generous wine tastings from 20+ Colorado wineries. Listen to live music and enjoy food & gift vendors while you sample delicious wines and enjoy the beautiful views. The first 800 attendees will receive a FREE Salida Wine Festival souvenir tasting glass AND wine tote!
