Up & At Em’ Nordic Race – Series, Race #3, Frisco (Virtual)
The Up & At ‘Em race series offers four different race loops, 6.5K -10K distances throughout the winter where participants can race in classic and skate disciplines on Nordic Center trails. The course will be marked from Wednesday at 7:00am – Sunday at 5:00pm on race weeks and racers must complete the course within that time frame and during daylight hours (to avoid grooming and maintenance operations) in order for their results to count.
This series is continuing in a Strava/solo format for 2022 in response to the significant positive feedback received from the 2021 Series, with more racers participating than ever. In this format, racers must record their runs via watch, GPS device, or cell phone and post them to the Strava app, and Nordic Center staff will keep track of results by age group.  For those who want a more competitive feel, the Nordic Center is offering a 12:30 pm mass start option on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays of race week. Racers must still record their own runs during the “mass starts”.
Participants can sign up for individual races or for the whole series. Once registered, racers must have a Strava account (free) and join the ‘Up & At ‘Em’ group.

Up & At Em’ Nordic Race – Series, Race #3, Frisco (Virtual)
