Grand Valley Yoga Fest is where we come together through Yoga to CONNECT, RECHARGE, have FUN and GIVE BACK to our community. All proceeds are donated to mental health and suicide awareness programs.
We do this festival for three reasons:
1) we want attendees to experience a variety of differerent styles of yoga that they might not get to experience normally and make it affordable and accessible
2) For the last decade, every year Mesa County has had a higher rate of suicide than both the nation and the state of Colorado
3) we know that yoga has a positive impact on mental and physical health.
Check out the schedule online to see the variety of classes. There’s a range of classes from physical yoga classes to yoga nidra to yin and restore, to meditation, ayurveda classes and yogic philosophy talks. You get to choose your schedule and what you want to attend. There is yoga for everyBODY.
