The Salida Studio Tour
There is a fantastic art show being prepped up in Salida that will expose you to some amazing art and the creators behind their mediums, The Salida Studio Tour. The Salida Studio Tour is an annual event occurring on the 4th weekend in September in the quaint town of Salida, Colorado. On September 22 & 23, 2018, from 10 am to 5 pm each day, you will be welcomed into the studios of 33 working artists.

Enjoy the Fall foliage along with the works of art created by painters, printmakers, sculptors, clockmakers, writers, welders, photographers, jewelers, and more. The studios are all located within 15 miles of historic downtown Salida, Colorado. Most of the studios are within walking distance of each other and historic downtown. Download a map on their website or pick one up from a participating artist or advertiser.

The tour started in 2009 and gets better every year. Now an annual event, there are more studios than ever before. Preview and purchase art at the Tour’s Inaugural Group Art Show at Pinon Real Estate Group’s amazing F Street office in downtown Salida. The group show will run from September through December. Please join us on September 21st from 5-7 pm for the show’s reception at Pinon in Salida.

We have 33 artists and 28 studios for you to visit. You will be guided by bright yellow signs along the Tour route and at participating studios. Please visit our advertisers to find places to eat, drink, shop, and stay during the Tour.
