Taste of Vail Returns for It’s 35th Year
Imagine How Many Bottles Have Been Opened and Poured in the past 35 Years at the Taste of Vail?
The Taste of Vail is one of the longest destination wine festivals in the United States. It is an event that is looked forward to every Spring Season in the Vail Valley by locals and visitors alike.

This is a global culinary and wine festival destination gathering some of the best wineries, sommeliers, chefs, and lovers of food and wine. From April 1st through the 4th Taste of Vail participants can experience educational seminars, guided tastings, and chef-driven wine dinners, offering deeper engagement with winemakers, sommeliers, and culinary leaders. Seminar programming ranges from emerging regions to legacy producers and industry trends.

Taste of Vail Signature Events
Opening Pour | April 1, 3:00-6:00 pm | Vail Golf Course
An intimate opening night tasting limited to approximately 150 guests. This event showcases
unique and limited-production wines, allowing wineries to tell their story in a refined,
conversational setting.
Après Tasting on the Streets of Vail | April 2, 3:00-6:00 pm | Streets of Vail
A lively outdoor tasting experience pairing wines with chef-driven culinary offerings &
competition throughout Vail Village.
Debut of Rosé at the Mountaintop | April 3, 12:00-2:30 pm | Eagles Nest (Lionshead, top
of Mountain)
A signature Taste of Vail hallmark. Guests ascend Vail Mountain for a mountaintop tasting
experience, featuring rosé and spring-driven wines in an unparalleled alpine environment.
Grand Tastings | Vail Golf Course
Two thoughtfully curated Grand Tastings hosted in a single day
- Lunch Grand Tasting (12:30–3:30 PM)
- Evening Grand Tasting (5:00–8:00 PM)
This format allows for a more comfortable, high-touch guest experience while maintaining scale
and quality.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, Taste of Vail brings together world-class wineries, celebrated chefs, sommeliers, and culinary thought leaders for a multi-day experience unlike any other in North America.
