Summit County Parade of Homes 2011
The 17th Annual Summit County house tour is scheduled for its finale weekend this Saturday and Sunday September 24 & 25. A benefit for The Summit Foundation, this year’s Parade features 26 residences located throughout Summit County. Sales prices for the homes range from $670,000 to $4 million. This much anticipated home tour features single and multi-family luxury homes built by over a dozen builders.
This Summit County event has become one of the state’s premier home tours and kicked off on September 17th & 18th. Each day, the homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The $10 admission fee is valid for all four days, and children eight and under are free. See the newest trends in style, interior design, state-of-the-art finishes, and amazing landscaping!

Attendance is expected to swell to more than 4,000 people this year, and volunteers are needed to help The Summit Foundation with ticket sales each day of the tour. The Summit Foundation will be staffing multiple homes throughout Summit County and seeks volunteer assistance at these homes. To donate a few hours of your time, please contact The Summit Foundation’s Events and Marketing Coordinator at 970-453-5970. Volunteers are provided free entry to all Parade homes.
Thanks to Summit County Builders Association for supporting The Summit Foundation by donating a portion of the Parade entry fees to The Foundation. We look forward to a very successful parade.
