EvoSwing Golf – Posture for Health

This week’s Virtual Tip is the second installment in the EvoSwing Posture series.  The game of golf is one of the few sports we have the ability to play for a lifetime.  Proper posture can help keep you’re your back, neck and hips injury free so you can fully enjoy every round you play!

When discussing health and posture in the golf swing the main focus is learning to feel a neutral spine.  Even though the spine naturally has slight curves, in the golf posture we want to try and keep the spine as flat and curve free as possible.  A flat or neutral spine allows the hips and shoulders to freely rotate and minimizes stress on the discs and muscles.
