Moonlight Dinner Series – New Year’s Eve Celebration with Hazel Miller, Arapahoe Basin
Join us for a spectacular New Year’s Eve at Black Mountain Lodge with special guest Hazel Miller & The Collective!
Ride the Black Mountain Express, snowshoe, or skin under the stars to the mid-mountain lodge. Once you arrive, you’ll be invited in with a complimentary glass of champagne and an extensive spread of Hors d’oeuvs.
Live music from Hazel Miller and The Collective begins at 8:30 p.m., followed by a chef-prepared buffet-style feast. We will celebrate New Year’s at 10:00 p.m. — midnight on the East Coast — but the night will continue with music through 11:00 p.m. On your way out, don’t forget to grab a box of truffle chocolates! Watch as Telluride Ski and Snowboard School instructors meander down the mountain with torches to light up the mountainside while fireworks light up the sky above. The Torchlight Parade is at 6:30 p.m. in Mountain Village and Telluride. Fireworks begin shortly after the torchlight parade and are best viewed from the Mountain Village core.

Join the Vail Ski and Snowboard School for the annual nighttime torchlight ski-down parade at Golden Peak. Watch one of the most spectacular sights on the mountain as the instructors ski in formation down Golden Peak with flares! The fireworks show will follow the torchlight parade.

New Year’s Eve Celebration, Winter Park Resort
Winter Park shines on New Year’s Eve. On December 31, the Rendezvous Event Center, in downtown Winter Park, will host sledders and tubers, and a Silent Disco by Big Little Sound. This event is free and open to the public and sleds, tubes, and toboggans are provided on the event center’s tubing hill.
