Ready to Wear White

I felt it this morning, the crisp cool air on my cheeks. The evening chill had left its mark on the ground, frost covered the grasses and leaves making my morning walk along the river a sparkly one. Labor Day is over, a significant mark in the year as we move away from summer and look toward the winter months.

In the weirdness of the old-fashion fashion world Labor Day ends the opportunity to wear white. Here in the mountains the opposite is true. This is when we start getting our white on! Winter is coming and we are all hoping for a good one. With powder days in front of us the dreaming begins. Everyone here is ready to get their white on and we cannot wait to start chatting it up. Winter – Bring it!
