Breckenridge – USA Pro Cycling Challenge Stage 5

Breckenridge – USA Pro Cycling Challenge Stage 5

The finish in Steamboat was an unbelievable experience. Blue skies, vendor booths, fun swag, Sierra Nevada Beer and great music prepped everyone for the arrival of the racers. The Stage 4 finish in Steamboat Springs saw 22-year-old Elia Viviani (ITA) cross the finish line first after he outsprinted the field to take the win.  After another impressive day of racing, Levi Leipheimer (USA) of Team RadioShack retained the overall lead and will wear the Quiznos Leader Jersey heading into the penultimate stage tomorrow, which takes the riders from Steamboat Springs to Breckenridge. A sprint...

Lunch offers appetizers such as Damascus Hummus made in-house accompanied by warm pits bread for dipping. Large salads such as  Colorado Goat Cheese Salad with mesculan greens, tomatoes, cucumber and carrots tossed in pomegranate balsamic vinaigrette and served with pumpkin seed crusted goat cheese is a pick you cannot miss. I however have to say any of their sandwiches such as the Tomato & Mozzarella Sandwich, pictured, with thick slices of Buffalo Mozzarella,...
